The key to the authentic flavor involves an extended boil in NYC water and then a visit to a high-temperature hearth oven that bakes the bagels to a perfect golden brown with just the slightest sheen. Bitchin Bagels are ‘made in da’Bronx’ water. Bitchin bagel gets fresh bagels delivered daily.
